I would like to take this opportunity to share mine and my team’s great satisfaction and appreciation for the benefits we receive from using the Oz-Tank and the service team. As things continue to evolve in the modern day kitchen with using paco jets, circulators, thermo mix’s, liquid nitrogen, etc., etc., we get great benefit from being able to stream line the way we prepare our food, hence allowing the chefs more time to research ideas, achieve more work in a similar time frame and so on.

The Oz-tank is utilised in our kitchen in much the same manner, the kitchen hands in our team are seen as the foundation for all that we do, with out a clean and organized kitchen the chefs can not perform at there best, or feel good about the environment they are working in, the Oz-Tank allows them to gain more time to achieve there work in keeping a clean kitchen as they are not tied to the sinks scrubbing away like the dark ages.

The following are some key points we would like to share on how we utilize the Oz-Tank

  • When monthly serviced soaking of stained or marked crockery, coffee cups
  • Service trays
  • Rotation of a few pots every week to prevent carbon build up
  • H.A.C.C.P daily and weekly cleaning sheets, grill plates, stove tops, filters etc.
  • Internal oven parts, racks, shelving

We would not have achieved our 5 star rating in the Eat Safe Brisbane kitchen auditing scheme, and with mandatory displaying of establishments rating only around the corner I would recommend all kitchens to take stock of what is being spent on your kitchen management and ensure you have the most important piece of equipment in any professional kitchen.

A short note to confirm toyou our complete satisfaction with the Oz-Tank we purchased in November. It has taken approximately three months to clean all the trays and tins in the bakery. As they are all now clean it has had a flow on effect to our product appearing much better, and our baking staff do not finish the shift looking grubby.

The ease of safety and it’s operation has not made it a chore to continue with the ongoing maintenance of our equipment.

Centre for Hospitality and Tourism Studies

The Centre for Hospitality and Tourism Studies at Box Hill Institute has been using OZ-TANK cleaning service for the past 12 months. The tank supplied by Clive Gaitz, is serviced by the company on a monthly basis.

We have found the system to be beneficial in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment throughout the Centre. We use the system to clean pots, pans, grill tops, filters, over racks and so on. The fact it works 24 hours per day seven days per week is convenient and ensures equipment is cleaned on a regular basis.

We have made savings in the use of chemicals and labout with the OZ-TANK system. The system meets all our HACCP requirements.

Sunflower Bakery and Take Away

This letter serves to confirm that our Bakery is using the Oz Tank system, which is supplied and serviced by Mr Henri Du Toit of Oz Tank QLD.

This is the best system for cleaning and removing carbon buildup from tins and trays that I have ever seen or used in more than 40 years in the Baking Industry.

Unlike most other methods, this system is non caustic or alkaline and is perfectly safe. We have been using the cleaning system for more than 3 months and are amazed at the results. The Carbsolve chemical is perfect for use on aluminium and steel baking tins and trays. It does not appear to affect silicone treated release surfaces.

During a recent inspection of our Bakery by the Caboolture Shire Council Surveyor. She said that we had the cleanest tins and trays she had ever seen in a bakery.

Unquestionably the Oz Tank system does and excellent job, saves us money in replacement costs and makes our cleaning easier and safe. We recommend the system most highly.

BJD Hotels

The Arundel Tavern kitchen has been using an Oz Tank for the past 18 months and have recently put one in our new Narangba Valley Tavern.

We use the tank for cleaning the char-grills, stovetops, exhaust filters, chafing dishes, fry pans and many other items. The savings in cost, time and chemicals have been fantastic. The sytem is easy to use and service from Oz Tank has been great.
