Back Orders
Oz Tank Australia will endeavour to fulfil any order in the shortest possible timeframe. However, Products may from time to time, be temporarily out of stock. All backorders will be delivered as soon as they become available in our warehouses.
Damages & Claims
It remains your responsibility at all times to inspect all goods upon delivery prior to signing for it. Do not sign for damaged goods. No damages can be claimed after signing the freight consignment docket.
Return Policy
Products (excluding sale items), may be returned to Oz Tank Australia for exchange within 7 days of receiving them, provided that the products are in the same perfect, unopened & unused condition as they were delivered to you and in the same packaging they were delivered in. Please be aware that the buyer will bear the total cost of any freighting of exchanged goods.
