We at 'Hurricanes Grill' have now been using your Oz-Tank systems since 2004. We have had numerous chemical companies knocking on our door daily only to deliver broken promises and increased prices. We have never seen a product do the job on our equipment like yours.

All our heavily carbonised equipment is like new again and remains such with regular soakings. The life-span on certain items has increased and in the past time spent in other areas, while your system quietly goes to work.

This letter serves to confirm that we are using the Oz-Tank machine, which is supplied and serviced by Mr Colin Bortz.

After many years of broken promises, with plenty of trial and error I am very pleased to state that finally we have a machine that works. Mr Bortz services the machine on a regular basis and has trained our staff on how to obtain the maximum value from the unit. The Oz-Tank that we have in our Manly branch works exceptionally well and generates the following benefits:

1. All metal containers, grill tops, filters etc. Are cleaned. Hard to clean items are spotless.
2. Hoot filters are spotless after being placed in the unit for one hour.
3. Saves in labour costs. Grill tops requiring one hour of hard labour cleaning, are now clean in ten minutes after being placed overnight in the unit.
4. Saves the costs of an outside filter cleaning service.

A short note to confirm toyou our complete satisfaction with the Oz-Tank we purchased in November. It has taken approximately three months to clean all the trays and tins in the bakery. As they are all now clean it has had a flow on effect to our product appearing much better, and our baking staff do not finish the shift looking grubby.

The ease of safety and it's operation has not made it a chore to continue with the ongoing maintenance of our equipment.

Rimini Fish Cafe

I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with the Oz-Tank which we have now been using at our restaurant for about two months. Rimini is a very busy beachfront seafood restaurant. When we installed a completely new kitchen in July, we were determined to ensure all the equipment were kept in excellent condition. Oz-Tank has played an important role in this is several ways.

We use the Oz-Tank extensively on all our equipment that will fit in the tank. We have been amazed and very pleased at the effective removal of carbon deposits and severe banked on fat and food residue etc. The savings on wages are considerable, and we are very pleased with the convenience of having the tank on site.

We previously had our filters cleaned by an outside company, with the service removing our filters and replacing them by ones of a 'similar condition'. Inevitably, the filters we were given were inferior. We now clean all our own filters on site using the Oz-Tank, which means our filters never leave our premises, and the cleaning job is far superior.

Your service has been excellent, and we have been impressed by the level of back-up, the efficient changeover of chemicals etc.

Unquestionably, the Oz-Tank does and excellent job, saves us money and makes our lives much easier. We recommend the system very highly.

Sunflower Bakery and Take Away

This letter serves to confirm that our Bakery is using the OZ-TANK SYSTEM, which is supplied and serviced by Mr Henri Du Toit of OZ-TANK QLD.

This is the best system for cleaning and removing carbon buildup from tins and trays that I have ever seen or used in more than 40 years in the Baking Industry.

Unlike most other methods, this system is non caustic or alkaline and is perfectly safe. We have been using the cleaning system for more than 3 months and are amazed at the results. The Carbsolve chemical is perfect for use on aluminium and steel baking tins and trays. It does not appear to affect silicone treated release surfaces.

During a recent inspection of our Bakery by the Caboolture Shire Council Surveyor. She said that we had the cleanest tins and trays she had ever seen in a bakery.

Unquestionably the OZ-TANK SYSTEM does and excellent job, saves us money in replacement costs and makes our cleaning easier and safe. We recommend the system most highly.

The Arundel Tavern kitchen has been using an Oz Tank for the past 18 months and have recently put one in our new Narangba Valley Tavern.
